RETURN POLICY

Here at Studio XO Home, we believe in conscious consumerism and hope that you love your piece before you buy. We are here to help and offer consultations, floor plans, and extended design services. Because of this, we do not allow returns on any large items that require freight delivery, made-to-order furniture, special orders, items that have been installed, perishable goods, items outside their original packaging, or samples. *Other exclusions may apply.

Items purchased at a discount or during a promotional event are non-returnable. 


Small packaged goods and gifts can be exchanged for credit within two weeks of purchasing. Please contact us at hello@studioxohome.com within 14 days of the delivery date with a proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We highly recommend insuring your shipment, as we will not accept any returns that have been damaged in transit.


It is up to our discretion on which items we will allow for return. Any items that are returned without prior authorization will be rejected. Please contact us directly at hello@studioxohome.com with any questions, we’re happy to help!

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please thoroughly review any items delivered via freight or white glove service before accepting the delivery. If any item arrives defunct or damaged, the customer must reject the delivery and contact customer services within 24 hours. Any damages or missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt with the carrier. If a shipment is accepted and no issues are reported upon delivery, Studio XO Home can no longer be held responsible for any defects or damages.
